Patio Dreamscape
This young family wanted to redress their backyard in concert with an interior & exterior house renovation that included a deteriorating concrete patio and original retaining wall. Outside! expanded the usable space, added a set of grand stairs to the play space below, incorporated a seat wall and designed an activity shed to house recreation equipment and help screen the neighbor. Minimal plantings, sod and subtle landscape lighting help create a serene setting for entertaining into the evening hours.
Lakeside Relaxation
Lakeside home in the heart of the city… Sometimes the core reason for a site visit becomes a much larger conversation. This client's goal was to reduce maintenance and increase enjoyment. On top of renovating the property's existing garden beds and deck, Outside! weighed in on other amenities such as the front portico addition, a secluded fire pit area and landscape lighting.
