Modern Design

The owners of this modern home have a keen interest in outdoor space that offers flexibility as their family grows and their lifestyle changes. The typically small Halifax yard was re-imagined as a modern getaway for playing and entertaining. A custom bench & deck were designed to reflect the angles of the house and a sun sail installed as removable weather cover. The remaining yard was left as a garden space for a future pool.
