At Outside!, we see opportunity in every property. No matter the size, our goal is to help you connect with nature while enjoying amenities like outdoor kitchens, terraces, decks, sports courts for tennis, basketball, pickleball and others, hot tubs; saunas for that Nordic spa experience, outdoor showers, fire pits, kayak & boat launches, putting greens and much more. 

When designing, there are many practical considerations, such as circulation through the site, grading & drainage, retaining walls, parking and driveway locations, storage needs and where to locate them on-site, utility areas for garbage & recycling, screening for mechanical and electrical utilities among many others. In the planning stages, consider how water, wastewater, electrical, mechanical and telecommunications enter & exit the building(s).

Outside! collaborates with experts in other disciplines to ensure your project comes together as it should. For example, we coordinate with mechanical and electrical engineers, so you get your exterior electrical and water lines in place at the right time during construction. 

Adding outdoor lighting can take your property from a beautiful space to a showstopping year-round venue. Consider lighting in the early stages of your design and reach out to our certified landscape lighting designer (International Landscape Lighting Institute) for a consultation.

In our East Coast climate, snow clearing is a must. As part of our Maintenance Plan package, we factor in how snow clearing equipment should move through your site and map where snow should be piled. We include this information, along with garden, hardscape, and lighting maintenance charts, in your comprehensive Maintenance package.
