Canal Greenway Park

Canal Greenway Park is situated over 200 years of buried industrial history in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.  Outside! carefully selected plants & reclaimed hardscape materials to convey buried archeological elements including the walls of the historic Shubenacadie Canal, the Marine Railway and the Starr Manufacturing plant. A conservative budget required refinement & focus on essential elements while creating an important new park in a rapidly gentrifying neighbourhood.
